Special care was taken to ensure that over 20,000 attendees enjoyed not only spiritual nourishment, but also physical comfort without any compromise. Pure and supremely pure food was provided for all in special dining halls. Two dining halls measuring 25 x 75 metres and one hall measuring 15 x 75 metres were constructed for this purpose. In total there were 5 dining halls. An additional kitchen was set up to cater for 1,500 staff members and drivers of cars and buses. Throughout the eight days of the event, one stall provided continuous tea, water, snacks, fruits, and juice from sunrise to sunset for any attendee in the complex. This ensured that no one went hungry and could fully participate in all programs in the pavilion. To celebrate the occasion, steel tins filled with boondi ladoos were distributed throughout the village. Proper arrangements for drinking water were also made at various locations
