In addition to accommodation, travel, and food, attention was also given to medical emergencies. A Medical Committee was established to ensure that attendees could participate in the event without worrying about health issues. The medical team included 23 doctors from various specialties, 2 RMO doctors, 7 nursing staff, 3 ward boys, and 3 ambulances. A medical tent was set up in the complex, equipped with oxygen, nebulization, ECG, and four patient beds. It had all necessary medications and also had an acupuncture setup. Free treatment for minor and major ailments was provided throughout the event, and there were no untoward medical incidents during the entire festival.
