The Panchakalyanak Pratishtha Mahotsav held in Suvarnapuri was an eight-day event with programs scheduled across five different complexes. The objective of the Pavilion committee was to ensure that 18,000 to 20,000 attendees could participate in all programs without any inconvenience and have a unique experience. The responsibility of this team included successfully conducting programs from 6:30 AM to 10:00 PM every day without any interruptions.
A team of 225 members efficiently managed their responsibilities. The programs of the Panchakalyanak Pratishtha Mahotsav over the eight days, along with special events such as the sanctification of the new Jain temple’s altar (with 1008 Kalash), the birth consecration of the baby Tirthankar on Mount Sumeru (4500 attendees took benefit), the cradling ceremony of the baby Tirthankar (15,000 participants), the Diksha Kalyanak, the offering of aahar to Rishabh Muniraj (3500 participants took advantage), the formation of Samavasaran, the consecration of 140 Deities by 2000 attendees, and the anointment ceremony of Jinendra Bhagavans by approximately 5000 seekers, were all conducted smoothly and ceremoniously. Elderly participants also enjoyed these programs without any disturbance. Additionally, the team successfully managed impromptu arrangements for religious, business, social, and political dignitaries on short notice. Thus, the Pratishtha Mahotsav programs were successfully completed with safety, cleanliness, precision, and joy.
