An Accounts Committee with a team of 10 members was formed, which began its work as soon as the Pratishtha Mahotsav was announced. This team was responsible for managing the donations received from attendees during the event and under various other schemes, as well as expenses for attendee facilities. The Accounts Committee, along with the IT and Digital Service Committee, implemented a digital payment system for the convenience of attendees, and was widely used by attendees from across India

In addition to the usual donations received during the event, the Trust launched a special scheme called “Shri Jambudweep-Bahubali Jinayatan Project Square Foot Scheme” for both domestic and international attendees. This scheme received an excellent response. Under this scheme, 10 families, selected through a Magic Wheel, were given the opportunity to conduct the consecration of two Jain idols.

Organising the event required a lot of new materials and services. These materials and services were necessary for the various committees involved in organising the event. To facilitate the easy acquisition of these materials and services and to assist with purchases, a dedicated team was formed. This team systematically acquired the materials and services in collaboration with the different committees and managed transactions properly with the Accounts Committee.
