The village of Songadh has a population of only 6,000 to 7,000, but it was expecting 18,000 to 20,000 guests for the event. This posed a significant challenge in terms of accommodation. The 94-member accommodation team successfully managed this challenge with nine months of hard work. Customised software was developed and used for this purpose. The accommodation team received support from the IT and digital teams for registration data, and from guest houses (dharmshalas) and hotels in Songadh, Palitana, Bhavnagar, Sihor, and other locations. As a result, the accommodation team was able to arrange lodging for 10,000 attendees

For transportation, the team organised over 150 buses, more than 100 cars, and 50 rickshaws. As railway tickets to Songadh were sold out, buses were arranged from Ahmedabad and Vadodara, and there was also transportation provided to and from the airport. The Trust demonstrated extraordinary hospitality by arranging free buses from almost all temples in Saurashtra and Gujarat for the attendees. This arrangement allowed the attendees to arrive in Songadh a day before the event on January 18, 2024. During the event days, there was transportation to and from Bhavnagar, Palitana, Sihor, and other locations. After the conclusion of the event, free buses were arranged to transport attendees back to Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan, Maharashtra, and other states.
