Information Technology (IT) and Digital Services

In the current digital age, IT and digital services have become essential. Recognizing this, the consecration committee established an IT and Digital Services team from the outset. The tasks of this team were classified as follows:

  • Development and Management of Apps and Websites for Registration: Creating and managing an app and website to facilitate the registration process.
  • Social Media Planning: Utilising platforms like YouTube (with 1.26 million views), Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp.
  • WhatsApp Chatbot: Providing an easy way for attendees to access all necessary information and details (serving 35,000 beneficiaries).
  • Hardware and Networking Setup: Ensuring proper hardware and networking setups at the main pavilion and other locations.

The team’s work began with social media, website, and app development. Their primary goal was to deliver the messages of the Pratishtha Mahotsav to all attendees across India and the world and to facilitate their registration for the event. Through these mediums, the team successfully communicated everything from the launch of the event’s logo to the final day’s programs, and they continue to share exciting recap videos as memories of the event.

Our young volunteers in every group actively participated in registering attendees through the website and app for the past two months, resulting in approximately 18,000 registrations. This significantly facilitated the work of other teams responsible for arrangements such as accommodation, transportation, the pavilion, and meals. The availability of digital payment options eased the tasks of both the Accounts committee and the attendees, ensuring a smooth process without any inconveniences

The setup of hardware and networking was a critical aspect. The entire consecration complex and other locations, such as the Swadhyay Mandir complex, Shri Bahubali-Jambudweep complex, Janmabhishek grounds, and Chiku Wadi, were connected with internet connectivity. This enabled easy live broadcasting of the event across the world from the consecration complex via YouTube.

During the event, registration facilities were set up at both main gates, to provide wrist bands to attendees based on their digital IDs. This streamlined the process, allowing them to participate seamlessly in the event. Thus, a dedicated team of 60 members was created for Suvarnapuri during the event.
