A 15-acre area next to the main pavilion was designated for bus and car parking. Continuous transportation was provided with 150 buses shuttling from various lodging locations like Palitana, Sihor, Bhavnagar, etc., to the main pavilion. Additionally, arrangements were made for parking 500 to 550 cars. The best possible facilities were provided for seven days. For those with physical difficulties, golf carts and rickshaws were arranged to transport them to the pavilion in Songadh
A grand lounge was created for the VIPs participating in the event. Furthermore, three large marquees were set up to accommodate around 2000 attendees for rest. Special care and multiple teams were on standby for disaster management. Fire extinguishing sprays were installed in all the pavilions, and all open wires were properly secured. Three fire trucks and continuous fire safety personnel were on duty. A medical committee team consisting of 23 doctors from various specialties offered their services. Additionally, 2 RMO doctors, 7 nursing staff, 3 ward boys, and 3 ambulances were on standby (details provided later in Section). The use of modern technology for lodging and registration, amongst other tasks, was commendable by the trustees of Swadhyay Mandir and the Pratishtha Committee.
Metal detectors were installed for the safety of every attendee. More than 400 security personnel, along with officers from the Songadh police, were continuously on duty to maintain security. To ensure 24-hour electricity, 30 large generators were kept ready. All tasks were performed by top professional agencies without any compromise.
